Just like our clients, we operate in a world with increasing risk. As Partners, we are the Firm’s first line of defense. It is an essential part of our role that we all understand and comply with the policies and professional standards we have agreed to live by.
We recognize that risk matters are often unclear and complex, and expect one another to seek early advice especially when we face new issues or situations where “the right thing to do” is not particularly clear. Ideally, we are comfortable approaching fellow Partners, cell leaders, and Firm functions colleagues.
However, there are times you may prefer to raise your question or concern through an alternative channel; for these situations we have created this web portal, hosted by NAVEX Global, an independent third party. Where permitted by law, questions or concerns may be raised anonymously through this channel and will be addressed by an appropriate Firm member.
